The Monkey Forest of Padangtegal represents a sacred Balinese Hindu site. !Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest is a natural reserve located in Central Bali. Hundreds of Crab-eating Macaques (Macaca fascicularis) monkeys live freely here. Within the forest you can see an old Balinese temple and traditional kiosks selling Balinese carvings and statues, as well as Balinese batik clothes and other souvenirs.
